Stress!


Stress is the “wear and tear” our bodies experience as we adjust to our continually changing environment; it has physical and emotional effects on us and can create positive or negative feelings.

I can definitely feel my stress levels rise lately.  I have been more irritable….could be because I quit smoking too.  But I get annoyed easier than normal.  The screaming of the kids is driving me crazy.  The little poking and tormenting of my love gets under my skin alot more than normal.  No matter what I love the boys in my life but silence is something Ern and I both need.  We need a vacation or just a sound proof room.  My job is stressing me out cause I am overworked and under appreciated by the clients.  Although there is an upside to work… I am being promoted to the accounting department which will include a raise so I can’t complain about that.  Hopefully I can make it until the beginning of the year and take my 2 week vacation.  I am looking forward to that so much.

    My stress levels are pretty high lately too. I don’t smoke, and work very little now that the semester is in… but school is the main culprit. Coincidentally enough, I’m going to school for accounting. Small world.

    When I quit smoking I was angry for a couple of weeks but it goes away just keep away from those cancer sticks.

    Quitting smoking is one of the hardest habits to break. It’s even harder than blogging. I wish I could quit. Stress is anoter thing that keeps me on edge and although I thought I’d lose a lot of sress three years ago when i quit my corporate job, I’m finding being an independent entrepeneur is even more stressfu than just having a day job. but you know what, I’m not giving in. I see my vision and although it is stressful, and he rewards are few and far between, I’m on this path and that’s where I’m going to stay.
