Okay so I have worked out a fitness plan that is easy to fit into my schedule…cause technically I only have about an hour a day to be able to do this. My workout ranges from 25-45 minutes…at most 1 hour on some days depending on if I want to push myself harder that day. If I exercise 5 days a week at least for about an hour a day I should be able to see results in 5 weeks. I am taking tips from the 5 factor diet which apparently works for most people. I would also have to eat 5 small meals/snacks a day to be 100% into the 5 factor diet but I am slowly working on that.

First I do 20 minutes or so of warm up cardio, such as cycling or treadmill. Then I do about 5 minutes or so of upper body strength. I do 5 minutes of lower body strength. Then core midsection exercises for about 5 minutes. Last but not least I do the fat burning cardio for about 10 minutes or longer if need be that particular day. Then I do some Cool Down Meditation exercises such as stance punches and pivot kicks and stretches for my legs and back.

Technically it doesn’t matter what order you do your exercises, just as long as you workout at least 5 days a week for at least 25 minutes a day. You should always give yourself a rest day or two.
