Whenever I am in the market to buy anything I like to do a little research about the task or item in question. I find that a purchase is always more pleasant when I know a little more than the person that I am buying the item from. Shopping in itself is a real hassle for me most of the time so I want to get the best deal I can on anything that I buy. Take this vollyball for instance. I had made a choice strictly on the information that I found about volleyballs and the information I found about sports equipment at the SportsWiki.com site. When you can find a site like this it’s a good idea to bookmark it, write it down, and sticky note it on the monitor. I went through about two hours of searching and reading and I tell you now that I have found out that I can know more about the sports that my hubby USED to know more than anyone about … that really puts a smile on his face come game time.

This is a very nice site to find when you are hunting for the deals and the information to make a good buy even better. Not only does the site slam pack you with information about the things you want to or need to know but they have done the unheard of. ShowWiki has actually listed the sites that you had to once dig for by going through 30 pages of Google before you could find. Sometimes the best deals don’t get seen because the person with the best deals doesn’t always have the best website or can’t afford the ridiculous charges for Google Ads. ShopWiki has taken care of that by digging deep into the archives to find the deals and not just the paid advertisers deals. Who cares about the paid ads anyway if they aren’t getting you the best deals?

Well its about 10 days late but I wanted to say it anyway. What will the new year bring to you? Everyone has started their new years resolutions and have already fell off the wagon or hopefully there are some out there that have stayed on track with their goals. I didn’t really have a new years resolution…well except exercise of course and I have been keeping up with that as much as possible. We shall see the results in a few months or so.

I was so excited and nervous to meet Ernie’s mother and her husband. I was hoping she would like me and think that I am good enough for her son. She is everything and more than I had imagined. Pap is really funny and a character all around. Memere even says she notices a difference in Ernie since she has been here. She says he is fun and more humorous than he used to be. Fatherhood must look good on him. Kids will definitely bring out the quirkiness in us all. Well she will be here for a few weeks and I cant wait to spend more time with her.

So I was just informed by one of my co-workers that when we are working on the weekends taking maintenance calls that we actually get paid $25.00 for every property we service if its an emergency.  Apparently it has been a rule for awhile now but of course I didn’t realize that we get paid a set amount for each service we call out.  I always thought we get paid for an hours work or however long it takes for us to take care of the issue, which has never been worth it to me ever.  Well now I will definitely be making sure I check my messages and take care of every emergency if possible liek I usually do AND turn in my expense reports on them…so I can get paid.  I cannot believe I didn’t realize that was they way it worked for 2 years of doing this.   Apparently I love my job and don’t even think about the money.  YEAH RIGHT!! Well I do love my job but I definitely care about money…lol.

So we are going to DelMar Lake this weekend…apparently it is a dry lake bed now but its in the middle of the woods about 100 miles North of Las Vegas.  I am so excited.  We are going up there with a group of friends that put on camping trips called Dark Skies.  They usually have a small gathering every year which they emphasize a certain food such as cheese and meat or soup….this year it is MeatStock…I think last year it was SoupStock.  I wish I was able to go to CheeseStock…that would have been my favorite.  Anyway we are going shopping to for all the necessities tonight.  We are going to get a power inverter so Ernie can hook up the coffee pot and recharge the battery for the videocamera if need be.  Also we need to get all the food we will be bringing and alcohol.  Cant forget about the alcohol of course.

We are gonna have a blast!! I can’t wait.

I would consider unconditional love as a love you have for your children the moment they enter into this world or for your parents.  But is it possible to have unconditional love for a significant other?  Honestly I never believed in true love until I met Ernie and now I understand what it is to unconditionally love the person I am in a relationship with.  When I say unconditional love I mean….I love everything about him…even his faults.  He is the way he is because of his past and the experiences he has had and no matter what I will love him forever.  I can’t change him, nor would I want him to change because I fell in love with him as a whole and not just bits and pieces of his personality.  He is the one that has my heart…all of it and that will never change.  I love you baby!

You came into this life equipped with great curiosity, a lively, versatile, inquisitive mind, and an urge for constant learning and new experiences.  Your most basic inner drive is to communicate, to make connections and association (between people or ideas), and to develop your gift for language and expressing yourself through the spoken or written word.  Thus, being an intermediary or messenger, a translator, a teacher, a broadcaster, a correspondent, or in some field where you can mix and mingle and interact with a broad spectrum of people, suits you well.

I love this reading because it really does describe me very well.  They got me dead on when they posted this for me.

She is a beautiful spirit that will live on in the hearts of each and every one of us forever.

Her memorial service is going to be at the Palm Mortuary on September 19, 2007 at 2:30 PM and there will be a reception to follow at the Convention Center in Henderson.

We come together to celebrate the life of Margaret Diane Jeffrey.

Margaret Jeffrey is a wonderful woman and will remembered for her sweet caring heart.  She was affectionate and understanding…there is no other like her.  She will be greatly missed and not a day will go by that she is not thought of.  She was like a mother to me and treated me just as she did her own daughters.  I am thankful that I was able to have her in my life to influence and help guide me in the right directions.  She is an inspiration to all that makes contact with her and will forever be remembered.

I love you Margaret…will see you again someday!

God be with you!

We have been doing shows on podcasts.linktheplanet.com recently.  We have had quite a few listeners and its starting to be more known.  The listeners really seem to be enjoying our rants and stories about everything and nothing.  We have debates and contests.  Also we are trying to get ready to do some video shows.  It’s starting to get really exciting.  Everyone go check out our Podcasts that are pre-recorded.   You will laugh…you will cry…you will fall off of your seats.  Best of all you will love them!
